These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sommer Lawn & Landscape LLC (“Sommer Lawn”) website and communication services, including our SMS text messaging program. SMS Terms and Conditions

Sommer Lawn & Landscape operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with our customers. Message types include customer care and account notifications, appointment scheduling and reminders, service updates, invoice and payment notifications, and — only if you separately opt in to marketing messages — promotional offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Sommer Lawn by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our quote request form at https://quote.sommerlawn.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Sommer Lawn. Consent to marketing and promotional messages is collected separately from consent to customer care and service messages — you may receive service-related texts without agreeing to marketing texts, and you may decline both and still use our services.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to 913-225-7717. After you send “STOP”, Sommer Lawn will send you one final message confirming that your opt-out request has been received and that you will not receive any further text messages from us. To opt out of marketing messages only, reply STOP to a marketing message or contact us at support@sommerlawn.com.

Re-Joining

If you have opted out and would like to receive SMS messages from us again, you can re-subscribe by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our quote form at https://quote.sommerlawn.com or by contacting us at support@sommerlawn.com to request re-enrollment.

Help and Customer Support

If you need assistance or have questions about our SMS program, text “HELP” to 913-225-7717. The HELP reply will include the Sommer Lawn brand name, our phone number, and our support email address. You can also email support@sommerlawn.com, call 913-225-7717 during business hours, or visit www.sommerlawn.com.

Privacy

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Hi [First Name], your lawn service with Sommer Lawn is scheduled for [Date] between [Time Range]. Reply CONFIRM to confirm or RESCHEDULE to change your appointment or STOP to opt out of SMS messaging.

Sommer Lawn reminder: Your aeration service is set for tomorrow. Please ensure pets are indoors. Reply QUESTIONS if you need assistance. STOP to opt out of SMS messaging.

General Terms

Quotes and Services

Quotes provided through our website or quote form are based on the details you provide, may change after on-site review, and are valid for a limited time. Lawn care and landscaping services are governed by our Customer Agreement.

Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information when using our forms and to use our website and communication channels only for lawful purposes related to requesting or managing services.

Compliance

Sommer Lawn’s messaging program is operated in accordance with applicable laws and industry guidelines, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.

Changes to These Terms
